How to Create a Workflow with SmartProof?

With SmartProof by i-Resonate, you can easily create customized AI-powered workflows that streamline content review, automate quality checks, and ensure your entire team follows the same editing and approval standards.
You can access a workflow only if you have a Team Plan. Follow these Steps to creak a workflow for your team:
1. Click on the workflow icon on the left navbar.

2. Then, on the workflow screen, click the 'Workflow Templates' to create your workflow template.

3. Click on 'Create Template'.

4. Create Workflow Template pop-up screen will appear. Give the name.

5. Create the tasks.

6. Add tasks according to your need by clicking on Add button.

7. Click on Create Template button to save the template.
8. Template has been created.

9. Click on Workflows and then click on Add button.

10. Add Workflow screen will appear. Give Title, Objective and select the template.Click on ADD button.

11.Workflow has been created but not yet activated.

12.Click on the tasks and assign to the team mates.


13. When done assigning tasks to the team mates, Activate the workflow.
