How to create E-mails using pre-defined templates ?

 

Pre-defined email templates are ready-made formats designed for common workplace situations  like appreciation, feedback, updates or requests. They help you save time and maintain a clear professional tone while communicating effectively.

 

With i-resonate, you can pick a pre-defined email templates that fits your role:

  • If you’re a subordinate, choose templates from “E-mails (Subordinate). Example: “Request for Project Update Approval.”

  • If you’re a leader, choose templates from “E-mails (Leader). Example:  “Appreciation for Team Performance.” 

 

Steps to generate Emails using preset templates :

 

Step 1:  Open a blank document and select the "Email Templates" (Leader or Subordinate) from the drop down option based on your requirement.

 

 

 

Step 2:  Choose the email category that best fits your purpose.

 

 

Step 3:  A set of predefined email templates will appear as per your selected category. Choose the one that aligns with your goal.

 

 

 

Step 4:  Click Load Template to open that email in the Editor.

 

 

Once your email template is loaded, you can use AI tools to refine your email while keeping your message authentic and effective. 

 

 

When you're satisfied with the final version, you can safely export your email.
