How to verify your email?

When you are registered for ProofLex by your Team Admin or a ProofLex Admin, a welcome email is sent to your registered email address.

This is an essential step to keep your account secure. It automatically verifies your email address and allows you to set a password for your account.

If you provide a temporary or invalid email address, the verification process may fail. Therefore, you must use a permanent and valid email domain when accessing prooflex.

NOTE: When you are added to a team of any ProofLex organisation, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to get started.

  • If your account does not already exist in ProofLex, the welcome email will include an option to set up your account password.

  • If your account already exists, the welcome email will allow you to directly access your account using your existing login credentials.

TroubleShooting:

You used a proper email id and still facing issues. Here are some steps for troubleshooting :

1. Check  the "spam" folder for the verification email.
2. If you have recieved multiple emails, you should always use the latest email for verification.

If nothing works, drop an email from your registered email id to connect@i-resonate.com with a subject : "EMAIL ISSUE" and we will look into it urgently.
