Happiness is all about the vibes we process!
I hadn't traveled since the beginning of 2020 when COVID became a serious threat, but last week I finally hit the roads again. The reason was to attend the funeral of a close relative.Although I had been to railway stations and airports for pickups and drops, it had been a long time since I had actually traveled. I've had a one-of-a-kind journey this year, just like many others in countries impacted by the pandemic. With lots of free time and the chance to discover new passions, I've chosen to write this post for my friends, fellow explorers, and anyone feeling down about life during and after COVID-19.My goal is to offer some helpful advice to those still stuck at home, so they can find a way to break free from loneliness and isolation. The last few years have been a hard row to harrow on every humankind. Now, when the dust has settled and winds of a change back to normalcy are blowing fast, we are almost about to say goodbye to the pandemic. The impact of prolonged lockdowns and economic perils had visible signs on faces . "sir, which terminal your flight is at?", asked the driver and I suddenly came out of my deep thoughts. We arrived and I moved inside the airport, through security and found a seat near the boarding gate.Curious to know how people around are behaving , I looked around to find who my co-passengers were and how could those be reacting to the opening of travels post the lockdown. There were people from different walks of life with varying experiences it seemed. Some of them may have had a good trip and a fantastic vacation uphills in Mussoorie and may have spent some unforgettable times at the beautiful and scenic mountain resorts of the area. Some of them may have vacationed in the camps of Yamunotri and Tehri Lake. There were a few teenagers , perhaps siblinggs and friends talking with their parents and relatives .Their intricate interactions were suggestive of a closely knit community caring for each other, carrying each other together and laughing and smiling a lot in the whole process .Suddenly I starting feeling good about the persistent vibes around. Is that what living life full size is about?Am I about to stereotype an ethnic group as messiahs of life secrets and happiness by just observing a bunch of folks that too just for a very little while? You can ask yourself that question a hundred different ways, but the answer will always be the same: Yes. Are you living a life brimming with fulfillment and joy, or are you battling relentless struggle and misery? The simple act of engaging with these words reveals a remarkable truth: Your education equips you with the power to make choices that can lead you to a life filled with blissful contentment. You are not defined by your ethnic background, your religious faith, or where you come from, you are defined by your actions and how you take every passing moment and reflect on it.A little smile, laughter and positive actions start sending lovable vibes, the vibes of happiness !If you take those small steps and learn to love yourself, you will begin to live life full size. This is what happiness is , ain't it? You will acquire the knowledge of living a life enriched with hope, positivity, and joy.Discovering the ability to forgive others and embracing self-acceptance is the essence of truly living life to its fullest. A realisation that there is no such thing as perfection, drastically changes someone's perspective. We should strive to be our best and to achieve that goal, we must accept ourselves the way we are and forgive ourselves when we fall short of perfection.Happiness starts seeping in rightaway ! It's important to know what is expected of us, but we shouldn't let these expectations bring us down.Instead, we should take pride in what we have achieved and use our mistakes as lessons for growth.Through these experiences, we should learn to embrace and appreciate ourselves just the way we are. To be Happy is to put yourself first and let go of your pride and start living in the moment !Lets start now !

From Unknown to Unforgettable
Celebrity PR Ever noticed that how our beloved celebrities go the extra mile to stay in the spotlight.Whether it's striking a pose at the airport, hitting the gym in designer workout gear, or turning heads at a star-studded party, they always seem to be camera-ready. Often making it look like paparazzi is invading their privacy. But in most of the cases, these are planned and even invited by Celebrities PR team. Many of us would consider that it shows a desperation of the celebrities to remain in the headlines. But just think, if being in news with their latest looks is what it takes to stay relevant in the world of fame, then they're certainly giving it their all to stay relevant in their industry. PR can only give an Edge over your competitors, It can't fly the paper rockets. Not only for celebrities, but for any product, PR is like the fairy godmother of branding - It can turn a pumpkin product into a shiny, attention-grabbing carriage that takes you to the ball of success. Well Not always, in order for PR to be effective, it is essential to have quality product first, as without it, all the positive emotions generated out of a successful PR will take no time in turning in to negative wave.Recent EXAMPLE is much hyped movie ADIPURUSH.Because if Core of the Product is poor then no PR can save that. So bottom line is that you need to first focus on offering Quality Product and then focus on sharing the brand's philosophy or value.Because PR can only give you edge over your competitors, but it can't FLY paper rockets. PR can help in striking the Right Chords of users I always imagined that if your Product , and marketed well, It will have its market share. But my assumption was proven to be inaccurate.Because gone are the days when products wer primarily sold for their utility.Nowadays, a brand represents a philosophy that people aspire to associate themselves with before actually using the product. Advertising Vs PR People often confuse advertising with PR.The basic difference is that Advertising focuses on short-term goals such as sales promotion, while PR pursues long-term objectives such as a positive brand image. For example When you hear an advertising statement which says that "Our Products have toxin-free personal care Goodness", you consider them yet another cosmetic brand. But we hear the PR Statement which says that "Aur ye Ped bhi lagaate hain" you can relate to their brand campaign Toxin Free.Yes Mama Earth, The first Unicorn of year 2022. Public relationship is about creating shared meaning, through connecting with those who share the same values as brand company. Unthoughtful PR can also destroy your Brand When the message is connecting with large audience then if the emotional message is well crafted , then it will appeal to masses, but if message is perceived differently then loss will also be of equal magnitude . Manyavar, a famous brand for festive and wedding collections specially in ethnic range, launched a new ad campaign which promoted equality of women in life.Alia Bhatt talks about replacing Kanyadaan with KanyaMaan. My understanding of their projected philosophy was that KanyaDaan sort of objectifies the bride, which they wanted to address with this campaign. Yet, the marketing campaign by Mohey received so much trolling on social media. The media trolls requested to boycott the brand and stop the ad.Kanyadaan is a sensitive subject for every daughter's parents in India. So a detailed research was required about the associated sentiments of Kanyadaan before touching such a sensitive subject casually in an Ad. The practice of PR campaign steps in to firstly identify beliefs and core values. What a company supports and believes in , but it’s also important to have a clear communication strategy of beliefs. It involves meticulous communication strategy in tandem to the brand and breaking right messaging at the right time. If your Advertising strategy fails your product might not sell, however when your PR strategy goes wrong, it can destroy a well established brand. Quick tips to find PR element for your product How to find the best Advertising and PR elements for a Product . A simple tip is, finding answers to why the Product exists will give you elements for advertising strategy , and answers to Why your product was started will give you elements PR strategy. Let's see this, with my Product i-resonate.com which is an AI writing platform, Now answer to Why it exists is, It has an objective to encourage more people to share their thoughts on Social Media with the help of Artificial Intelligence and human writer mentors. But the next challenge lied in discovering a distinctive PR element, Thus, we embarked on a journey to explore the purpose behind launching this startup. And the answer came up was "To eliminate hesitations that prevent people from openly expressing their views on a particular subject." With this answer we found our first PR item which goes like "Having an opinion is not bad, if shared with right intentions , supported by right words" Conclusion A great PR story will make your audience remember it, and give the audience a chance to relate to your business on a personal level, which helps build brand affinity and transforming your product from Unknown to Unforgettable. This actually turns out to be A love story of brand and users where PR works as Cupid. With the hope and wishes that our brand and users live happily ever after.

AI vs. Writers: The Showbiz showdown and top Skills needed to dominate!
Have you ever thought what makes a book, a story, an article or a movie so engrossing and compelling for the audience ? Out of millions of stories that may pass through our cognitive capabilities, only a few are able to register deep impressions. The most loved stories are the ones that "stir heartfelt emotions".If you recollect your most loved stories, at least one character in the story, would mirror the hopes , dreams and fantasies that you had, making a strong connection with your own life.So what's the secret sauce for writing a great article or story? If we were to pick only one of the tricks, it would be "to understand the audience to the deepest level possible". Only having this can take your story to the acceptance levels and finally to be liked and remembered. The Audience don't simply read or watch these stories, rather, they immerse themselves and "Live within" as one of the characters! They aspire to relate every scene and incident as it unfolds, with something in their own lives.Thats exactly how the human brain has been wired to operate-"Visualise, understand, immerse and register for long term".How to go about it then?where can you get started ? In reality , great story plots and characters are all around if you seek. Are you observant enough to guage diverse, small events, experiences and perspectives and then weave those into coherent narratives? Are you good enough in taking the audience through a rollercoaster of emotions using your scenes? Are you able to empathize with issues, aspirations, frustrations, beliefs, sorrows and joys that your characters have to go through ?I'm sure most people will have a mixed bag of responses to these intriguing queries. Is there a standard formula that make a writer great?IMHO there is no one formula, yet carving your "John Hancock" in writing is possible if you possess three fundamental qualities - Observation, Empathy, and Practice. The art of "Powerful Storytelling" and "Character Development" follows only from these fundamental qualities and makes great writers "great". Let's not forget the latest devil in the town named "AI" ! Articles, stories, images and even movies !The beast is doling out tons of content on an hourly basis ! Isn't that something to be wary of ?Let's examine. Although Gen AI is hardly a couple of years old in the popular space, a trend is already setting where the "Same old Song and Dance Stuff " churned out by AI ,"en masse" ,is perceived " Too Generic and boring".All analysis that I have done leads me to believe that AI can not fully replace humans in the deep creative fields like authoring, painting, music and the likes too easily.Yet, it sure will continue to create a furore and disrupt the average Joe's life in the trade for a foreseeable future . There are many opportunities for writers in online streaming (OTT) platforms and digital media.Capitalising on these needs you to continuously improve your writing skills.AI can greatly assist in improving your writing skills and filling any gaps you may have. You can use AI for basic proofreading, content suggestions, idea generation, paraphrasing and getting insights and instant-comprehensive feedback on whatever you write!Emerging paltforms like i-Resonate use AI in exactly the manner stated above. In Summary - To make it big in showbiz, writers need to have a strong grasp of storytelling and character development which comes with Observation, Empathy and Practice.Understanding the current trends, issues in the society, and adapt their writing to cater to diverse audiences.Additionally, continuous learning and practice, staying open to criticism, and being persistent in improving their craft can help writers stand out.Having the fundamentals sorted out, Networking with industry professionals and showcasing their work through portfolios, pitch sessions, or online platforms can lead to more opportunities and collaborations.

SkinCare Tips
Taking care of your skin is essential for maintaining a healthy, glowing complexion. This involves cleansing, toning, and moisturizing your face daily, as well as using sunscreen to protect against UV damage.Additionally, incorporating a proper skincare routine tailored to your skin type can help address specific concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, or fine lines.Remember, consistency is key when it comes to maintaining great skin. Cleansing: - Wash your face twice daily: Once in the morning and once before bed. This removes dirt, oil, and makeup buildup. - Choose a gentle cleanser: Avoid harsh soaps that can strip your skin's natural oils.Opt for cleansers formulated for your skin type (oily, dry, sensitive, etc.). - Pat your face dry: Don't rub, as this can irritate your skin. Moisturizing: - Moisturize every day: This is crucial for all skin types, even oily skin.Moisturizer helps lock in moisture and keep your skin supple. - Choose the right moisturizer: For dry skin, opt for thicker creams. For oily skin, choose gel-based or oil-free moisturizers.Sensitive skin needs fragrance-free, hypoallergenic formulas. - Apply moisturizer while skin is damp: This helps trap moisture in your skin. Sun Protection: - Wear sunscreen every day, year-round: This is the single most important step in preventing premature aging and skin cancer. - Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher: Reapply every two hours, or more often if you're sweating or swimming. - Protect your lips too: Use a lip balm with SPF. Additional Tips: - Exfoliate regularly: This removes dead skin cells and helps other skincare products penetrate deeper. However, don't overdo it, especially if you have sensitive skin.Once or twice a week is usually enough. - Drink plenty of water: Staying hydrated is essential for healthy skin.Aim for eight glasses of water per day. - Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate skin problems like acne.Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation. - Listen to your skin: Pay attention to how your skin reacts to different products and adjust your routine accordingly. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Good bye Movie Theaters
Theater's Nostalgia Hello Dear friends and fellow movie-lovers, There was a time when enjoying a movie in theaters was the only form of entertainment available to us.It was a time when going to a movie used to be a special event, something to look forward to and cherish. The anticipation of seeing a new release on the big screen, surrounded by other movie lovers, was electric. The experience of going to the theater was unlike any other. The smell of freshly popped popcorn, the dimming of the lights, and the hushed whispers of excitement before the movie started, all added to the thrill of the experience. How many of you can relate to what I am trying to say here.Irrespective of the fact that you are a movie enthusiast or not, we all share unique and personal memories of going to theaters. For a movie buff like me who is deeply passionate about going through a roller coster of Emotions fully loaded with drama , action, suspense, comedy by living a story in a small window of 3 hours was nothing less than magic. But today with a very heavy heart , remembering all those happy times, I would like to take a pause to mourn the passing of an era which has brought us so much joy and entertainment over the years.I am here to say goodbye to the movie theaters. Theaters - a showcase of our rich cultural heritage. For decades, movie theaters have been a staple of culture.Where in South Indian states, it is common for the audience to dance near the big screen when their favorite heroes began to dance, while in the Northern states of UP and Bihar, fans express their admiration by hooting or clapping when their favorite start delivers a powerful dialogue. It used to be a place where we could let loose ourselves without worrying much about our public image. They were the perfect places to go on a romantic date or just escape with friends for a few hours in case of heartbreak or simply bunking off the College lecture. But now, with the rise of streaming services and the pandemic, movie theaters have become a relic of the past. The convenience of watching movies on OTT platforms has surpassed the thrill and excitement that was once exclusive to the theatrical environment. My first experience into the magical world of theaters. I would like to recall my first experience of theater, On taking my seat for the first time in theater, I asked my dad "my ticket says it's a balcony seat but I don't see balcony here its normal row." My father smilingly explained to me that Balcony levels were designed only in a few theaters which were coming from British era, where royal families used to enjoy shows in their exclusive space. But now all those theaters have been renovated to simple halls like this. But the norm to refer last few rows as balcony seats was still there even when there were no balcony levels. I got disappointed, as I had imagined to experience the movie in the open air.But I could not remain disappointed for very long, because if a movie as grand as Mr.India is your movie you are bound to fall in love with the magic of Cinema inside the theater itself. Those were simple times when audience was naive.Even when we were offered with same old content time and again in the form of love story or family drama loaded with a series of songs of big fat wedding, we accepted everything wholeheartedly just because it was packaged in a loveable experience of theaters. With the end of this era, we will miss the excitement of seeing a new blockbuster on the big screen and sharing the experience of laughing or gasping with a crowd of strangers. We will miss the thrill of being part of a First Day First Show, or going to the same movie again just to enjoy a popular dance number. That all has come to an end. Goodbye the king of Entertainment As today, I am here to pay my sincere tribute to the movie theaters, I want to thank the King of Entertainment, for delivering us pure and enjoyable entertainment seamlessly by hiding all the complexities and technicalities of playing a movie, behind its magical screen, and this magical screen has always taken us to a different world where everything was possible.Thank you, Theaters to make us believe that being Naive was a bliss to witness the magic you have created in our lives.Goodbye , you'll continue to hold a special place in our hearts forever.

DoomScroll
Constant validation from Social Media When was the last time you remember, having loud laughter, giggling stories and funny gossips with friends, almost purposelessly, all this when you were least bothered of that tiny silly device in your pocket, constantly beeping, buzzing and flashing at you? Long-lost are those easygoing fun talks with friends!Nowadays, we crave for an adrenaline-pumping rush and an exciting dose of an intense experience in our pursuit of meaningful connections. First, we create an interesting post, Then we spend hours perfecting the lighting, captions emojis and hashtags. And finally we hit "post", and wait. Five minutes pass, and no reaction. You start to feel a bit anxious.Did I use the right filter?Maybe I should have used a different caption.Still no notification.Ten minutes pass, and you're starting to doubt yourself. You start to question your worth as a human being . Maybe you're not as funny, cool, or interesting as you thought you were.Twenty minutes pass, you see many notifications, likes and comments, and the feeling is like winning the Approval Olympics! It's like having a virtual cheering squad that boosts your ego and makes you feel like a rock star. We often feel compelled to constantly check our devices just for the exhilaration we get through social media likes comments and followers. The phenomenon has led majority of us to a constant need of affirmation and validation from peopel in our network. Why are Social Media Platforms free for Public ? I always wondered why platforms like Facebook , Instagram and Twitter are absolutely free for the public?Wouldn't they earn more if they start charging for letting you connect with old school or college friends . But soon my curiosity came to rest with a phrase from Andrew Lewis which said, "When you don't pay for a Product, you become the product".To understand this to depth we have to first acknowledge the fact that Social Media Platforms are capable to transform us from being a logical and sensible human being to irrational fools in just three steps . 1- ClickBait While browsing on the Internet, we all notice those sensational headlines that promise the world that - "This one weird trick will change your life forever!" They grab your attention like a toddler in a toy store.Just like a fisherman uses bait to lure fish. This is just the step 1, ClickBait. 2- Data Harvesting Just like a poor ignorant fish, we go and click those links, only to find out what nonsensical information it was, with no substance..But sorry to say you've been tricked when you clicked the link . They have collected all critical data about your cyber footprint including your comments , messages, ‘likes’ and your browsing patterns while glancing at the content. Now this was the second step my dear friends and we call this Data Harvesting. 3- Echo Chamber This data is now sold to a gamut of advertisers and suddenly you start seeing specific ads and posts which surprisingly appears resonating with your needs and interests. These ads are bombarded at you at a paranormal pace, almost leading you to draw out credit cards and swipe. This is the Echo Chamber, specifically designed for your needs and interests . Welcome to a never ending ride which takes you nowhere. An infinite scroll OR “doomscrolling.” which is endless, mindless and compulsive scrolling, with an end that is neither sought nor in sight. The ill effects ? It disrupts your sleep, causes loss of productivity and focus, leaves you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and even helpless in the face of the seemingly endless stream of bad news. But the most insidious effect of doomscrolling is that it can skew your perceptions of the world around you . When we're constantly bombarded with prejudiced news and sensational headlines, it's easy to start believing that the world is limited to what is shown to you, having a negative impact on our mental health. So, the next time you find yourself caught in a doomscrolling spiral, turn off your Social media Notifications and Go for a walk and connect with old friends in a coffee shop or park and tell a joke to all which you are poor at telling, and observe the fun created not of joke but togetherness. This is sure to create a positive and enduring impact, leaving behind cherished memories for a long time.till then , Happy scrolling, but DoomScrolling NO .

Resonance
It was a hot summer day at ITO, one of the busiest places in New Delhi.I was at the bus stop waiting for the next bus for my office.I was thirsty but I could not leave the queue for water lest I would miss the Bus. Suddenly I felt a tapping on my hands and saw a little girl trying to sell her flowers to me.Frustrated, I grumbled something and ignored her rudely. Discouraged by my dry demeanor, she vanished but only to come back with a bottle of water and raised it towards me.Surprised, I immediately grabbed it , paid for it and downed the entire bottle in a go. Happy with her gesture, I took out Rs.50 note, extending it as a tip towards her and said, Go Enjoy! She stared at the note and then at me, totally unmoved by the offer and uttered, I think I will enjoy more when I am able to help others in need.Kindly keep this back , as I would be able to relish your compliments more than money.Having no words to say, I silently put the money back in my wallet. Indeed, It was her, who had offered something more significant to me today- Thought-provoking words of wisdom from an underprivileged child striking deep emotional chords within me. The girl left, running to sell her flowers to other people around as my bus arrived and I boarded. Her words echo vividly in my mind and I conciously try to relate with those. The gravity of her thoughts created lasting vibes that still resonate within me, even today.

Mom's Recipes
Pasta’s history can be traced through many cultures and continents, from Asia to Africa to the Middle East, reaching back at least 3500 years.Despite its many forms and the countless texts in which it has appeared, pasta seems to be universally associated with Italy.According to history, however, pasta’s earliest roots begin in China, during the Shang Dynasty (1700-1100 BC), where some form of pasta was made with either wheat or rice flour. Pasta has been a part of the ancient Greek and African diets for thousands of years. It was made with different crops in different regions. The history of pasta can be traced back to various cultures and continents, including Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. However, pasta is most commonly linked to Italy. So let me share one of my most beloved Indian methods of preparing pasta: - Take 2 full cup of pasta and let it boil in water, make sure to add some salt and oil so that it does not get sticky. - Chop up one onion and two tomatoes into thin slices. This will make it easier to create a delicious gravy.Once you're done with that, you can make a paste using ginger and garlic to add some extra tasty goodness. If you enjoy having more vegetables in your pasta, you can also include some cabbage, capsicum, and broccoli. - Gently coat the vegetables in a small amount of oil, so they can retain their crispy texture and become deliciously edible. - Grab a pan and adding some oil. We'll wait for the oil to get hot and sizzling.Once it's ready, we can add the chopped onions and let them cook until they turn a beautiful golden brown.Once the onions are fried to perfection, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt. This will help the gravy come together faster. - Choose the species you like and add them to your taste.Once the yummy gravy is done, mix it with the cooked pasta and remember to include those deliciously cooked vegetables as well. Get ready to dig in and have a pasta-tively awesome time with your loved ones! Get ready for more incredible recipes coming your way! Stay tuned and don't miss out on all the deliciousness.
